We also collect data you enter into Reletra such as leads, orders, invoices, customer details, and financial records. When you connect Google Sheets, we access only the specific spreadsheet you authorize, using your own Google account credentials. We do not store your Google password.

We use the information we collect to: - Provide, maintain, and improve Reletra services - Process transactions and send related information - Send technical notices and support messages - Respond to your comments and questions - Monitor usage patterns to improve user experience

Your data is stored securely on Neon (PostgreSQL) servers with encryption at rest and in transit. We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, secure authentication via Google OAuth, and regular security audits. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.

Reletra uses Google OAuth for authentication and optionally Google Sheets API for lead import. Our use of Google API Services complies with Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We only request the minimum permissions necessary. Google Sheets access is read-only and limited to sheets you explicitly connect.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time through Settings → Danger Zone or by contacting us at ai.ashish.chalodiya@gmail.com.

Reletra uses essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies or share cookie data with advertising networks.
