Terms of Service

By accessing and using Reletra, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

Reletra is a cloud-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software designed for small businesses. The service includes lead management, order tracking, invoice generation, customer management, finance tracking, and payment recovery features.

To use Reletra, you must create an account using Google OAuth. You are responsible for: - Maintaining the confidentiality of your account - All activities that occur under your account - Ensuring your account information is accurate and up to date - Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

New users receive a 15-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required for the trial. After the trial period, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the service. Your data will be retained for 30 days after trial expiration.

Reletra offers two paid plans: Starter Plan: Includes leads, orders, customers, and follow-up management. Pro Plan: Includes all Starter features plus invoicing, finance tracking, payment recovery, and Google Sheets integration. Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

You agree not to use Reletra to: - Violate any applicable laws or regulations - Infringe on intellectual property rights - Transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems - Use the service for spam or unsolicited communications - Resell or sublicense access to the service

You retain ownership of all data you enter into Reletra. We do not claim any ownership rights over your business data. You grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely to provide the service.

You may export your data at any time. Upon account deletion, we will delete your data within 30 days. Some data may be retained longer if required by law.

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We will provide advance notice for planned downtime when possible.

Reletra is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may cancel your account at any time through Settings. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Surat, Gujarat, India.
